I can't believe I ate da whole thing!

The nurses in the NICU said that when Liam hit about 34.5 weeks we would begin to see progress quickly. Our little man is working hard and progressing steadily. He now weights 4 pounds 14.2 ounces (2217 grams) and is feeding like a champ.

He is now feeding one of three ways: bottle, Mom, and feeding tube. Considering he would not be expected to do any of this if he were still in the womb, he is really doing great. The doctors and nurses are very pleased and we are happy to continue seeing progress each day.

Today we aggressively 'up-ed' his feeding schedule. When I put him back in his isolette after the 1600 feeding he just collapsed. The nurses called this pose 'I can't believe I ate da' whole thing!!'
